The people and culture were key selling propositions. Having come from a background where the work environment is often rigid and hierarchical; Oliver Wyman uniquely stood out as it operated with an open culture where mutual respect amongst colleagues existed regardless of title/position.

Oliver Wyman has provided diverse opportunities to expand my horizon. As the company grew and diversified, so did my skillsets. I have been fortunate to have been provided the opportunity and to adapt. The Oliver Wyman culture has taught me the importance to learn, to appreciate and to be more aware of diversity (people, culture) and empathy.
- 2011. Relocated to NY office. It was a blessing as there are more design project needs here and I was able to pursue these opportunities.
- 2014. Promoted to Design Lead. I began leading the design effort for major projects.
- 2015. The OW Ideas mobile app v1.0 was launched. I developed and designed OW’s first official mobile app. And, this marked the transition of priority (for both the DTP org and myself) from print media to interactive digital design including an emphasis on User Interface design and User Experience principles.
- 2017. Promoted to Creative Head. Also, marked the point in time when our design organization broadened our capabilities by integrating with other standalone disciplines such as video production.
