Based in our Frankfurt office, Andreas has spent nearly 20 years focusing on strategy development for automotive OEMs, mobility service providers, and investors.
He is a partner in our Transportation and Advanced Industries Practice and our Private Capital Practice. Andreas also leads Oliver Wyman’s IPO Readiness platform.
The automotive industry is undergoing fundamental change. The classic concept of cars — owned by individuals and used primarily for commuting — is being challenged by new mobility solutions, digital services, and connectivity innovations. It’s an exciting time, and I’m grateful to be part of it
Andreas designs new strategic business models for emerging sustainable mobility solutions and services, accompanying transactions and IPOs in the broader transportation and mobility ecosystem. His expertise centers on the electrification of mobility and software-based solutions. A significant part of his daily work focuses on pre- and post-deal support for investors and helping companies prepare for IPOs.
Andreas completed his doctoral studies at Goethe University, Frankfurt. He holds a bachelor of science from the European Business School as well as the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and a master of science from the Justus-Liebig-University, Gießen.
When not working, Andreas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He loves being in the mountains — skiing in the winter and hiking or climbing in the summer.
