Isabel is a principal in Oliver Wyman’s Retail Banking and Digital Practices, based in Munich.
With more than nine years of strategy and transformation consulting experience, Isabel advises financial services clients in Germany and Europe. Her work covers retail banking strategy and implementation, the development of new business models and platforms (with a focus on digital and sustainable solutions), as well as the management of large-scale transformations.

Isabel is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment, both in her client work and within the organization. She serves as the German lead for Oliver Wyman’s women’s network, WOW. Her efforts in this role contribute to behavioral change through grassroots initiatives and engagement with senior leaders.
She holds an MSc in Economic Statistics from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. She regularly practices meditation and yoga, finds joy in traveling with her husband, and takes pleasure in gardening.
