Dylan is a partner and Global Head of Oliver Wyman’s Corporate and Transactional Banking practice.

He joined the firm in 2006 and advises global corporate and investment banking businesses on strategy, transformation, and financial resource management.

Dylan's core areas of expertise include capital markets strategy, stress testing and capital planning, capital markets regulation, and the optimization of scarce financial resources.

He works with senior leaders to assess the implications of regulatory and market change, reshape strategic priorities, restructure businesses, and improve the allocation of capital and other financial resources across the organization.
