Her work includes sustainable cost improvement through driver-based cost transparency, process and experience optimization, and innovation for growth. She serves as co-lead of the Oliver Wyman’s Cost and Efficiency platform in the Americas.

Vivian also leads Oliver Wyman’s Small Business Banking priority in the Americas. In that capacity she develops and maintains Oliver Wyman’s proprietary small business research and consults with financial instructions on their strategic priorities for small business, including sales and service digitization, product design, process optimization, talent management, and regulatory and risk issues.
Vivian serves as an advisor to several industry conferences. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. She is based in New York City.
