Paula is the Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff for Oliver Wyman and Marsh Management Consulting, and a member of Oliver Wyman’s Global Leadership Team and Marsh’s Business and Client Services Leadership team.
In her role, Paula partners closely with other leaders to advance strategic priorities and position the firm for sustained growth in a rapidly changing environment. She works with regions globally to strengthen how the firm operates, enhancing collaboration, improving resilience in core functions, and embedding more efficient, scalable ways of working supported by data and AI. She is particularly focused on enabling seamless delivery between teams and aligning operations to better support client impact.
Paula brings more than two decades of experience across Oliver Wyman and Marsh, advising on a wide range of strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, senior hiring, and international expansion. Having previously served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Oliver Wyman, her work has spanned both legal and business leadership, giving her a broad perspective on balancing risk and opportunity to support growth.

Prior to joining the firm, Paula was a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. She holds an AB in psychology and political science from Duke University and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys cheering on her daughters’ soccer teams and running in Central Park. She completed the New York City Marathon — her first marathon, and quite possibly her last.
