She has a decade of experience consulting on corporate governance, organizational optimization and efficiency, risk management, culture and conduct in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

Elena advises our clients regarding effective governance, risk management and associated processes, particularly around data privacy, culture & conduct, compliance, and ethics. Her recent projects include enterprise-wide cultural assessments, leadership assessments, compliance operating model design, and the development of conduct measurement and surveillance methodologies.
Elena is an active volunteer as part of New York Cares. She believes that we have a responsibility, both, as part of Oliver Wyman, and as individuals, to contribute positively to society and to give back.
