Welltok Ecosystem: Population Health Optimization

Welltok is creating an immersion experience with its CaféWell Health Optimization Platform, highlighting ecosystem partners across six key phenotypes: apps, devices, content, condition management, community, and wellness programs.

Attendees will participate in two real world scenarios – engaging in health activities and receiving participatory rewards. Each attendee will self-reflect on their optimal health status and personal motivators to becoming their best self. The experience is enabled by partners IBM Watson, Wildflower Health, Wellsource, Brain Resource, BioIQ, Motive Medical Intelligence, Greatist, and MapMyFitness.

  • 1What does Welltok mean by population health optimization? How will that be shown in your exhibit?

    Welltok partners with population health managers to connect consumers with the resources, guidance, and incentives to be as healthy as they can be. Attendees will learn about selection of these innovative resources and see how they are integrated into an individual’s personal health itinerary. They will also participate in healthy activities and be rewarded for participation.

  • 2What will visitors of your exhibit walk away knowing that they didn’t know before?

    They will understand the value of focusing on optimizing consumers’ health and the need for an integration platform to drive engagement and behavior change.

  • 3What aspects of the experience do you think will most resonate with attendees and why?

    Attendees will be blown away by the use cases and immediately want access to the platform for personal use. They will have the ‘ah ha’ moment that, while there is such a practical need to help consumers get and stay healthy, there is no existing solution on the market to achieve it. Additionally, this will likely be the first time any attendee will see IBM Watson in action and see how it can become their own personal health concierge.

    Welltok’s CafeWell is a Platform as a Service solution designed to integrate best of breed solutions, so partnerships are key to our success. They allow us to bring a more holistic offering to both population health managers (sponsors) and consumers (end users).
