Overview
The past three years have seen significant changes across the business and governance of international sport: the growth of sport as an asset class, its expanding geographical footprint, the rise of women’s sport, the continuing impacts of climate change and emerging risks, the way sport is being consumed across generations, and last, but not least, the evolution of engagement and technology advancements with fans and supporters alike. Internally, sporting bodies are also recognizing the importance of attracting, retaining, and optimizing talent within the sector.
The New York Marsh McLennan Sports Forum, in collaboration with Marsh, Oliver Wyman, and Mercer, aims to address the changes in the international sports landscape. As part of the Marsh McLennan Sports Forum series, this event will bring together senior executives and thought leaders from leagues, teams, the investment community, and the world’s leading governing bodies. Attendees will hear from subject matter experts on topics impacting the global sporting industry and have an opportunity to connect and share with their peers.
