Oliver Wyman works across all areas of the business, including commercial effectiveness, operational improvements, changes of the organization, M&A and more. We identify which parts of the business are core to the future and how to accelerate growth, and which parts of the business are less core and how to maximize their value to the company.
We work closely with company leadership to ensure effective change management involving all stakeholders, and we run a Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure everything is executed successfully.
Ultimately, we work with the company to create a sound business and financial plan that drives profitability and cash flow, while minimizing implementation risk.
