Kok is a principal in Oliver Wyman's Actuarial Practice, based in Singapore.
With more than 16 years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry across Southeast Asia, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Throughout his diverse career, Kok has served as an appointed actuary for an insurance branch, a signing actuary for an insurance scheme, and a senior peer reviewer for certifying actuary work. He has also provided appointed actuary services for multiple (re)insurers, including statutory valuations, embedded value reporting and business planning.
He has also personally led actuarial valuation and due diligence projects for insurance mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, and complex financial transformation projects such as IFRS17 implementation.

Kok successfully completed his credentialing process and is recognized as a Fellow of both the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries UK and the Singapore Actuarial Society. He holds a Bachelor's degree (First Class Honors) in Business with specializations in Actuarial Science and Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technology University in Singapore.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, hiking, and playing video games.
