Location: Liverpool, United Kingdom Date: November 19—21, 2025

Overview

Our UK, European, and US Property and Casualty Actuarial team attended the IFoA GIRO Conference 2025 in Liverpool from November 19—21. Organized by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, this event brought together general insurance (GI) professionals for three days of insight, innovation, and connection. With more than 130 expert speakers covering topics from artificial intelligence (AI) and climate change to capital modeling and reserving, it was a must-attend event for anyone shaping the future of the insurance industry.

Our team attended, presented, and led panel sessions and roundtable discussions on key topics — including the Lloyd’s internal model’s lifecycle, GI Board working party topics, reserving, pricing, and casualty reinsurance market trends.
