Dr. Karen DeSalvo, National Coordinator for Health IT (HHS – Obama), Charles Huang, and Sukanya Soderland participated in a panel discussion on the market dynamics of health data. Brian Baum, CEO of vitaTrackr  moderated the discussion and outlined a market-based alternative being implemented in Austin to unlock the flow of health data based on consumer direction.
