Getting Real: How to make a commercially smart climate transition
16 February, 1.30 - 2.30pm MT
Oliver Wyman and the Climate Group recently proposed a “blueprint” for a commercially smart climate transition, built from the experiences of 27 corporates in turning their commitments into action. This interactive session will explore, apply and further develop that blueprint, looking across the domains of leadership, the business system, customers and finance.
We will draw on insights and corporate case study interviews on setting and executing transition plans from the report Getting Real: A blueprint for a commercially smart climate transition.
