World Energy Week 2021

Overview

Oliver Wyman will return an esteemed speaker at World Energy Week 2021, hosted by the World Energy Council. This year’s event will take place on October 5th through 7th, and will be hosted by the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan live from Kazakhstan, broadcasted to a virtual stage (attendees join in virtually). The event will convene business, policy, and other leaders from the energy space for an array of sessions to discuss the theme of “energy for better lives.”

Panel Discussion: Balancing dimensions: Navigating change across energy geographies

 Join Oliver Wyman Energy & Natural Resources Principal KK Venkata as he moderates a panel discussion where the 2021 World Energy Trilemma Index will be unveiled.

Panelists will discuss how countries and regions across the world balanced the competing dimensions Energy Security, Energy Equity and Environmental Sustainability, and how policy decisions taken a few years ago may have created impact and positioned them to face some of today’s challenges.
