Douglas Elliott is a partner focusing on the intersection of Finance and public policy. He started his career with two decades as a financial institutions investment banker, primarily at JP Morgan. He then spent a decade as a think tanker, primarily at the Brookings Institution, where he authored the book, Uncle Sam in Pinstripes: Evaluating US Federal Credit Programs. He has twice been a Visiting Scholar at the IMF. He routinely meets with the most senior financial officials in the US and globally.
