Our Culture


We’re reframing the inclusion and diversity debate with a progressive inclusivity scheme, Mission INCLUDE, that broadens the traditional corporate diversity debate and welcomes thinking styles and personality type into the mix, as well as some of the more traditional forms of diversity, including gender, ethnicity, and sexuality, amongst others.

The programme has been developed by Oliver Wyman with diversity development experts at Moving Ahead. It embraces and encourages diverse thinking, creating an open, experiential learning journey for all participants through cross-company, cross-industry and cross diversity-strand learning.

Mission INCLUDE works across the traditional silos of gender, race, sexuality, also encompassing broader diversity indicators to focus on the individual, not the label.
