Selina Liang On First 15 Months At Oliver Wyman Australia

Selina Liang, who was part of Oliver Wyman’s 2023 intake of 12 graduates, spoke to Australian Financial Review on her first 15 months at the management consulting firm, including learning how to cope with the information deluge typical of new projects.

“When I first started going into projects, it was more of a difficult process. But as I’ve been going on more projects, the whole learning process has been a lot quicker,” said Liang.

The article also mentions Oliver Wyman’s growth in the Australian market including the launch of a new government advisory, which hired 20 new advisors to its practice. In total, Oliver Wyman has about 160 advisors in its Australian operations, up from 130 last year.
