Future-ready global capability centers roundtable

Location: Bengaluru, India Date: September 18, 2026

Overview

India’s Global Capability Centers are entering a new phase of evolution. Having built their proposition around scale, talent, specialist capabilities, and operational efficiency, leading GCCs are increasingly being asked to take on broader strategic mandates, influence enterprise decisions, and deliver outcomes that extend well beyond the traditional boundaries of a capability center.

AI is accelerating this shift. As organizations rethink how work gets done, where capabilities sit, and how technology can reshape enterprise performance, GCCs have an opportunity to become hubs for AI-enabled transformation and innovation — not simply adopters of new technology.

But technology alone will not determine which GCCs successfully make this transition. Leadership depth, global influence, talent and succession, governance, and the ability to take on greater accountability will become increasingly important. At the same time, global headquarters will need to reconsider how ownership, decision rights, and accountability are distributed across the enterprise.

We are proud to collaborate with Mint to bring together a select group of senior GCC and enterprise leaders for an invitation-only roundtable.

The roundtable will focus on how GCCs can move beyond scale to own strategic mandates and enterprise outcomes, use AI as a catalyst for transformation, strengthen leadership and talent, and rethink operating models, governance, decision rights, and accountability.

Together, we will explore the choices leaders need to make now to position GCCs for their next phase of growth and create greater value across the enterprise.

The event is by invitation only.
