Overview
Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India have experienced a major transformation over the past two decades. Moving beyond their initial role as cost-savings hubs, they have become crucial centers for innovation, advanced technology, and global business change. Today, India has nearly 2,000 GCCs employing over 1.6 million professionals, with the market expected to reach $110–120 billion by 2030.
The next stage of GCC growth requires more than just expanding size. It calls for balancing innovation with resilience, increasing speed without compromising security, and optimizing costs while boosting business impact.
To explore these opportunities and challenges, Oliver Wyman, in partnership with Mint, hosted an exclusive leadership roundtable that will gather business leaders from top organizations to share insights and shape the future vision of the GCC.
