The Human Capability Initiative (HCI) is a global cooperative platform aimed at consolidating international efforts and enhancing global dialogue on the challenges and opportunities for developing human capabilities.
Under the theme of “Beyond Readiness,” HCI topics such as skills development, the future of work, education, and technology were explored over two engaging days in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The event brought together 300 speakers, global leaders, and experts from various sectors, including policy, corporate, investment, and academia, where collaboration and meaningful discussions addressed the needs of today’s workforce and educational landscape.
