Mobility Experience Leadership Forum with J.P. Morgan

The future of mobility is arriving! 

J.P. Morgan hosted a mobility forum that brought together executives from the auto, energy, public policy, retail, and other sectors to focus on mobility and customer experience. The event occurred on March 29-30, 2023 in Paris, France.

Our Oliver Wyman delegation was delighted to participate in this conference and showcase our mobility, payments, and customer-led transformation expertise. 

We jointly sponsored the Mobility Experience Forum with J.P. Morgan at their offices in the historic Place Vendôme. MobEx brought together attendees from across industries, pioneering new offerings and services surfacing at the nexus of life-and-work trends, societal and policy shifts, and disruptive technologies.

Some highlights from the event included Guillaume Thibault of the Oliver Wyman Forum's keynote on mobility trends. Rick Chavez's interactive exercise that explored the growth opportunities when we look at problem-solving for people versus starting with historic assets and products of today: Beth Costa and Amy Lasater-Wille's collection of talks on payments and human insights. Cory Cruser defined new business models by focusing on the customer. 

In preparation for this conference, we have worked closely with J.P. Morgan to produce videos on disruption and innovation in commerce. As part of this initiative, Oliver Wyman experts discuss the evolution of digital commerce and how innovation will continue transforming our daily lives.
