Overview
On February 14-17, we attended the Merchant Advisory Group Mid-Year Conference and Tech Forum in Atlanta for live and virtual sessions as well as in-person introductions and long-awaited reunions. The MAG is the leading US association for merchants to discuss payments-related issues.
At the 2022 MAG Mid-Year, our experts presented on payments innovation and digital currency, we also gathered insights for the 2022 Voice of the Merchant Study, a collaboration by the MAG and Oliver Wyman. The VoM Study aims to put a lens on the merchant perspective of evolving consumer behavior and shopping patterns. This Study will collect direct feedback from merchants on their commerce and payments journey – what’s working, what’s not working, and what's ahead! Look for the VoM report coming later this year!
Thanks for visiting us at our booth in Atlanta!
If you missed us at the MAG and would like to set up time to connect on how we are helping merchants lower their cost of payments, reduce fraud rates, launch co-brand credit cards, and adopt alternative payment methods, please email payments@oliverwyman.com.
