MRO Europe 2021

After an almost two-year shift hiatus punctuated by virtual conference programming, once again the industry is gathering for MRO Europe. Produced by Aviation Week, this world-class event brings the European commercial air transport maintenance, repair, and overhaul industry together to examine the post-COVID aftermarket world. Oliver Wyman is proud to speak at this important event.

One of Oliver Wyman's senior aviation and aerospace experts, Robbie Bourke, will be presenting in the Trends and Forecasts session and offering his perspectives during Q&A.  Robbie will explore what the industry can expect as it pulls out of the pandemic.  He’ll discuss the impact of COVID on the global fleet on how the different recovery speeds across the globe are shaping the recovery of the European fleet. His presentation will also cover what this means in terms of aircraft types and the region mix going forward, future retirement profiles, longer-term fleet projections, and how this translates into a 10-year forecast for MRO. Robbie will also highlight some of the trends and challenges that will shape the industry going forward including a view on emission projections for the future fleet as sustainability takes a more dominant place on the global stage.
