Overview
The silver lining of COVID-19 is that it is turbocharging shifts that have previously eluded healthcare. Consumer and clinician behavior, regulatory changes, and data are fueling advancements in care both for critical and routine needs. More importantly, these changes empower and enable new ways of interacting with healthcare that are fundamentally better for the patient and the system at large.
