Now in their sixth year, the awards are the first to focus on the achievements of women below Senior Management or Director level – representing the female talent pipeline and the next generation of future leaders. New for this year, they have included the Men for Gender Balance award, which showcases senior men who are championing women and gender balance inside their organisation.
