Oliver Wyman is knowledge partner and sponsor of the 4th Annual Women in Finance Summit 2020. At the event, Jessica Clempner, Principal in our Financial Services practice, will present a keynote on the impact of gender balance on the workforce, customers, shareholders, supervisors and society.
The conference will highlight why gender balance is a business imperative for the City, what more can be done to identify the barriers to women entering and progressing in financial services and the progress made since the launch of the Women in Finance Charter and the Gender Pay Regulations.
