Oliver Wyman and The Economist Corporate Network will be hosting City Readiness in KSA: Achieving economic competitiveness and improving liveability, a half-day conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The event aims to explore Saudi Arabia's efforts to create a sustainable economic competitiveness framework to attract investment, as well as its plans as to develop culture and tourism in the KSA and their role in improving liveability of cities.
Dr Andrew Staples, the global editorial director of the Economist Corporate Network, will deliver a regional strategic forecast, exploring key macroeconomic and geopolitical themes that are affecting the Middle East and beyond.
Our keynote speaker is Michael Reininger, CEO of Qiddiya, destined to be "Saudi Arabia’s pre-eminent entertainment, sports and cultural destination" and which will provide more than 300 recreational and educational facilities on a site that is more than twice the size ofFlorida's Disney World on the outskirts of Riyadh.
