Elizabeth’s discussion will be based on an Oliver Wyman report she co-authored, “Should I Stay or Should I Go?,” comparing the experiences of previous generations with those of millennial women in the financial services industry. The report concludes that while some things have changed for the better, there are additional measures that can be taken to fully engage millennial women.
