With 10 years of experience across consulting and corporate roles, Steven has been involved in nearly every major initiative type — from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to growth strategies to cost optimization. His diverse background enables him to dive deep into problem solving while delivering actionable, real-world solutions.

He has extensive experience across domains including media and media technology, cybersecurity, IT and infrastructure software, and communications software. He has partnered with management teams of all sizes on long-term strategic growth, go-to-market transformations, M&A, and organizational efficiency.
Steven holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Yeshiva University.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys geeking out over technology, engaging with the local tech community, and spending time exploring his hometown with his wife and three young children.
