Kamil, a partner in the Frankfurt office, has extensive project experience in providing strategic advice to leading asset managers, private banks, and institutional investors. His expertise includes alternative investments, growth strategies, as well as regulatory issues, net zero, and ESG more broadly.

Since joining the firm, he’s worked with asset managers and owners on a range of strategic issues, including ESG strategies, net zero target setting, and climate action plans. “I started my career in portfolio management and experienced firsthand the responsibility that lies in managing money on behalf of others,” Kamil says.
A believer in the power of technology and of data analytics, Kamil has supported asset managers in strategic and operating model transitions. “I step in to help management in making well-informed decisions about the future of their business,” he says. “Sometimes these transitions have been triggered by regulatory changes, sometimes it’s been as a result of competitive pressure, and still other times it’s been simply in response to secular industry trends. The goal is to transform their business and make it future proof.”
When not working with asset managers, Kamil, who is father to two young children, happens to be an aspiring chef. Most recently, he’s been more focused on whipping up kids’ meals than preparing a five-course dinner.
