Oliver Wyman has again received an accolade for its continued commitment to the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer people in the workplace.
This year, Oliver Wyman was placed 52nd place on Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers list, moving up in the ranking a fourth year in a row. This represents our ongoing commitment to improvement in equality within our organization. We were also granted a Gold award and ranked third in Professional Services.
Stonewall’s Top 100 Employers List ranks organizations on their efforts and commitment to creating welcoming environments for their lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer staff. Organizations are ranked by a set of standardised criteria, which includes ensuring HR policies are inclusive of LGBTQ+ people, as well as supporting and celebrating LGBTQ+ identities at work.
