Lisa Quest: Heroes Executive Role Model

The 2022 Heroes list showcases executives who act as role models to champion women in business and drive change for gender diversity in the workplace.

As a leader of the Public Sector practice, and a member of the European Leadership Team supporting over 1,500 employees in Europe, Lisa is committed to using her platform to drive diversity and inclusion through core commercial operations.

As an Executive Sponsor of the Women of Oliver Wyman (WOW) employee resource group, Lisa’s goal is to achieve gender equality;  therefore, she has built out her team on this principle, resulting in it being gender-balanced at all levels. Her teams have achieved results through their deep understanding of public institutions and their ability to bring together diverse skills to solve complex problems. Long before the pandemic, Lisa was pivotal in championing the option of fully flexible working and job shares and campaigned for equal maternity, and paternity leaves. 

Beyond Oliver Wyman, Lisa is a member of the Board of Trustees for Best Beginnings and co-founder of the Green Hat Foundation, both charities focused on supporting people from diverse backgrounds to thrive in the UK.
