Overview
MEA Energy Practice head Andrew Horncastle chaired a session at the ERTC Virtual, during which the panelists discussed the move towards Petrochemical and how European players can compete on the global stage.
This event was hosted by the World Refining Association (WRA), which aims at facilitating knowledge sharing and nurturing of business partnerships within the downstream oil and gas sector. The WRA helps the industry share knowledge, with a focus on new technology and in particular technology that improves efficiency and increases plant productivity.
Whilst working from home or locally during the pandemic, ERTC has gone virtual to offer a much-needed online platform to connect with the refining world, to hear the latest industry updates, and interact through, Q&A, chat boxes, live sessions etc.
