André Brandão joins Oliver Wyman as Senior Advisor

NEW YORK, April 9, 2026 ─ Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting and a business of Marsh (NYSE:MRSH), today announced the appointment of André Brandão as a Senior Advisor.
André brings more than three decades of experience across global banking, capital markets, and financial institutions, with deep expertise in capital markets, cross-border banking, and financial innovation. He is widely recognized for his leadership roles at major international banks and for his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Banco do Brasil.
André began his career at Citibank, where he spent more than a decade working in São Paulo and New York. He later joined HSBC in 1999 and built its Global Banking and Markets division, holding a series of senior leadership roles, including CEO of HSBC Brazil and Head of Global Banking and Markets for the Americas, overseeing operations across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada, and later served as Head of Asset Management at ASA Investments, financial services firm based in São Paulo.
In 2020, André was appointed CEO of Banco do Brasil, one of Latin America’s largest financial institutions. In this role, he led efforts to modernize the bank’s operations and improve efficiency.
