Emma Bredin Joins Oliver Wyman as Partner and Head of the Regulatory Compliance Practice for the Americas

New York, February 5, 2024 – Oliver Wyman, the global management consultancy, today announced that Emma Bredin will join the firm as a Partner in its Finance & Risk practice and become Head of the Regulatory Compliance Practice for the Americas.  She will be based in the New York office.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Ms. Bredin was Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Bank of New York Mellon. Prior to BNY Mellon, she served as Enterprise Chief Compliance Officer at Raymond James, Managing Director and Global Head of Enterprise Compliance Risk Management at Citigroup, and Assistant Compliance Director at MetLife.  Earlier in her career, she was an Associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP and a Law Clerk at AIG.

Ms. Bredin received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, a Bachelor of Civil Law with Honors from University College Dublin, and a Diploma in European Legal Studies from the Université de Toulouse.  She was admitted to the New York State Bar in October 2003.
