Harriet Skipworth, Director of Learning and Development, spoke to the Financial Times for its Upskilling special report on how hybrid working is making employers reassess the balance of online and in-person training for graduate recruits, and the new initiatives that Oliver Wyman is introducing. Among them, quick breakouts and polling on Zoom, along with ongoing buddying systems as well as matching new graduates with two or three senior people for informal check-ins.
