Oliver Wyman Bolsters Its Communications, Media And Technology Practice In Australia

Sydney, December 13, 2021 – Global consulting firm Oliver Wyman announces Felix Iblher, Steven Hall, and Zia Bhadiar as partners to strengthen its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) practice in the Asia-Pacific region. They are joining the firm’s Sydney office.

Felix Iblher is a partner at Oliver Wyman and will lead Oliver Wyman Asia Pacific’s CMT practice. He has 20 years’ experience working in Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America. Over the years, he has collaborated on a broad range of telecommunications, media, and technology projects, where his specialty is partnering with senior executives in the fields of strategy, growth, cost transformation, and digital operations. Prior to his current role in Sydney, he was based in Germany.

Steven Hall has more than three decades of experience working in and advising the telecommunications industry in Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. He has worked across all aspects of the telecoms business and partners with executives to cut through technical or organisational complexity, accelerate transformation efforts, find new sources of customer value in the core, or use existing capabilities and assets to serve new opportunities for growth.

Zia Bhadiar has over 15 years of experience working in and advising telecommunications, media, and technology corporations in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. His areas of expertise span business models for new technologies, corporate carve-outs, rapid cost-outs, and network/infrastructure strategies.
