Oliver Wyman Data In The New York Times

Data from Oliver Wyman’s Consumer Sentiment travel survey was included in the New York Times.

In a story titled, “The Most Important Word in the Hospitality Industry? Clean,” the world’s largest hotel companies have all announced new cleaning strategies to protect consumers against COVID.  

According to a recent survey of nearly 4,600 respondents, the management consulting firm Oliver Wyman found that improved health and cleaning is the chief factor impacting consumer’s decisions to stay at a hotel.
