Bloomberg: Pedro Yip On Chinese Counterfeits

A new law will impose close to $300,000 to online retailers who post counterfeit items on their site. However, Oliver Wyman partner Pedro Yip says the grey areas in the new legislation could leave counterfeiters continuing to exploit the loopholes.
“How the law would be enforced would be unclear at this time,” Yip said to Bloomberg.
