Oliver Wyman Named One Of The 2019 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies To Work For

New York – Oliver Wyman is one of the 2019 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune.

The list is based on survey feedback from companies representing more than 4.3 million employees, with respondents rating their workplace culture on 60-plus elements. These include trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie, and workplace traits linked to innovation. The ranking accounted for the experiences of all employees including women, people of color, LGBT individuals, older team members, and disabled employees.

Ninety-five percent of employees say Oliver Wyman is a great place to work and this is the firm’s first year on the 100 Best Companies list. The firm has been one of the FORTUNE Best Workplaces for Diversity and Best Workplaces for Millennials previously.

This year marks the 22nd anniversary of the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list, and 2019 winners continue to show that a high-trust culture for all fuels better business results. Great Place to Work research shows that list winners keep outperforming the stock market, beating industry rivals when it comes to talent retention, and demonstrating higher levels of productivity than peers.

“We are delighted to have earned a place on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list,” said Scott McDonald, President and CEO of Oliver Wyman. “It’s evidence of the success of our investments focused on making Oliver Wyman an amazing place to work and the contributions that our people make every day to our compelling culture.”

  • Commitment to Work Life Sustainability – Various programs such as The Way We Work and FlexOW ensure employees have a sustainable work/life balance.

  • BOOST – A program designed to support parents before, during, and after a leave of absence for additions to their families.

  • Volunteering – All employees receive eight hours of paid time off for volunteering, which can be spent with an individual’s preferred charity or group projects arranged by a community leader in each office.
