Oliver Wyman In The Wall Street Journal’s Heard On The Street Column

Data from Oliver Wyman and Morgan Stanley’s research report was included in a Wall Street Journal Heard on the Street Column. The article, titled, “The Surprising Losers if U.S. Leveraged Loan Boom Fizzles,” explored how US regulators are taking a closer look at loans for private-equity deals.

European banks and some US brokers have been competing harder in leveraged loans in part because they don’t do so well against top US banks in winning mandates to advise on mergers and acquisitions, according to an industry report from Morgan Stanley and Oliver Wyman earlier this year.
