The Times: Cost Of Leaving Customs Union Is 'Understated'

The findings from our report “The Red-Tape Cost of Brexit” have been quoted in the article reviewing the UK government’s predictions of a Brexit scenario that requires customs declarations.

Our paper predicts that UK businesses will face £27 billion of costs every year from tariffs and non-tariff barriers should the UK leave both the Customs Union and Single Market and revert to WTO Most-Favoured-Nation tariffs.
