FT: Decline In UK Retail Sales

With the Office of National Statistics reporting a decline in sales volumes in June 2018, Oliver Wyman Retail Partner Nick Harrison has shared with the Financial Times a warning that a further dip may be on the way.
He predicts that consumer confidence will continue to waiver and the credit card debit racked up over a hot, football-filled summer will catch up with shoppers and reign in their future spending.
