Bloomberg and the Financial News reported on data from Oliver Wyman’s new report titled, “The State of the Financial Services Industry 2018”
Oliver Wyman urges banks to stay competitive by learning from technology firms that have had a greater success meeting customer demand. Organizations will have to adopt “a dramatically different human capital model, fully integrated business experts with a new set of skills, and spearheaded by business-building, entrepreneurial leaders," the report concluded.
