Join us for Oliver Wyman’s seven‑month Talents of Tomorrow program, which begins with an in‑person event in Zurich this October (details will be shared following a successful application) and runs through April 2026.
You’ll gain an inside look at what it’s like to work as a consultant. Learn from experienced professionals, connect with peers who share your ambitions, and build hands‑on experience through a program designed to support the next generation of talent.

Who can apply
We welcome students from Swiss universities — from the third semester of their bachelor’s program onward, as well as master’s and PhD candidates — to join us and gain first‑hand insight into what it means to be a management consultant at Oliver Wyman.
Over the four months, you will have the opportunity to take part in a series of events designed to help you unlock your potential and build the core skills essential for launching a career in consulting.
