At Oliver Wyman, we believe mentorship is a powerful catalyst for career growth and continuous support. Our International Mentorship Program is designed to foster meaningful, trusting relationships between mentors and mentees, going beyond traditional training to provide practical development and early-career insights. Through this supportive approach, we equip aspiring consultants with the tools and confidence needed to thrive from the very start.
The program offers an exceptional opportunity for students interested in a career in management consulting at Oliver Wyman, with placements available in our Athens office. These relationships last for three to four months, with monthly one-on-one meetings and training sessions on personal development and interview preparation.
From september to december 2026, mentees will have the opportunity to:
- Attend an introductory session with one of our partners
- Participate in in-person sessions to connect with their mentor and network with colleagues
- Join virtual training sessions focused on preparing for business case interviews
- Connect 1:1 with Oliver Wyman mentors, virtually or in person, to set yourself for success
Who Can Apply
Our International Mentorship Program is designed to support and empower students aspiring to launch their careers in management consulting at our Athens office. This program is open to candidates in their penultimate and ultimate year of bachelor's or master's degree.
We’re looking for outstanding talent that demonstrates initiative, intuition, and creativity, with strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. We welcome students from diverse academic backgrounds, valuing a broad range of experiences and skill sets, with a particular focus on STEM and other quantitatively intensive fields.

The selection process will include an interview with an Oliver Wyman consultant and a member of the recruiting team. We will evaluate your problem-solving skills, suitability, and motivation for consulting. Successful candidates will be notified by the recruiting team.
