Have you ever wondered what consulting is all about? Join us in Athens on February 27 for Athens Connect, a dynamic recruiting event designed to challenge your mind and expand your network.
During the event, participants will apply their skills to solve a complex business case focused on innovation, gaining hands-on experience in analyzing and structuring real opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity to test analytical thinking and business acumen, while developing both technical and soft skills through direct interactions with Oliver Wyman experts.
You’ll collaborate with other talented students to solve a real-world business case, present your innovative solutions to a panel of expert judges, and receive valuable feedback.
We’ll wrap up the day with a lively networking dinner, offering the perfect opportunity to connect, share experiences, and build lasting relationships with peers and professionals alike.
The business case: Apply your strategic thinking to a mobility sector project, supporting an Oliver Wyman client as they expand services in preparation for the 2026 Winter Olympics Games.
What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduates or students in their final year of bachelor’s or master’s studies
- Strong academic record, with evidence of initiative, intuition, curiosity, and creativity
- Fluencyin both English and Greek
- Problem-solvers with an analytical mindset
- Ability to connect dots and identify patterns others may overlook
- No specific academic major or industry experience — we value diversity of experience and skills
- Extracurricular involvement and evidence of leading an interesting, impactful life outside of your studies
Deadline and selection process: Submit your application by January 20, 2026.
The selection process will take place at the end of January and early February 2026, and will include a mix of conversational and case interviews with Oliver Wyman consultants and our HR team. We will evaluate your problem-solving skills, suitability, and motivation for consulting.
Successful candidates will be announced by February 15, 2026.
