Mentorship and support
To get you on track, you will take part in an immersive onboarding where you will be provided with interactive training led by our consultants to support you as you navigate the world of consulting. Expect to advance your problem-solving skills and your use of Excel, PowerPoint, business acumen and Generative AI.
Real-world consulting experience
You will work alongside our team of experienced consultants on real client briefs, making an impact while applying your learnings and developing your consulting skillset further. You will gain exposure while you work on diverse projects in different industries, and you’ll receive performance feedback to help you develop and accelerate your career.

The recruitment process includes three interviews conducted by our Oliver Wyman consultants and partners to assess your problem-solving skills, quantitative thinking, and cultural fit. Once you have successfully completed all phases, you will be notified if you are selected to join the program from hundreds of other applicants. Now your career begins!
Criteria for applicants include:
Recent graduate or in your final year of university (Bachelors or Masters)
Major in Engineering, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics
High level of proficiency in English
Interested in a career in consulting
