Based in Paris, Vincent is a partner specializing in the consumer goods sector.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience, he focuses on developing and structuring the consumer packaged goods (CPG) business. Vincent has built strong relationships at the C‑suite level, guiding large‑scale transformation projects and demonstrating a deep commitment to driving meaningful change in competitive markets.

He began his career at Sony Music as a product manager in 1996 before moving into consulting. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Vincent was a senior partner at Kearney, where he led the Consumer Industries and Retail Practice in France and oversaw the luxury and fashion sector across Europe. Earlier, he was a partner at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from 2015 to 2021, directing initiatives across retail, luxury, and consumer goods. He initially joined PwC following its acquisition of PRTM, a global leader in operations strategy.

Vincent holds a degree from ESCP, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in international relations from Georgetown University. Originally from the French Basque Country, he is married to a biologist and researcher at the Curie Institute in Paris. They have three children.

Outside work, Vincent enjoys traveling, fine dining, good wine and spirited conversations. He is always seeking new experiences.
